The Dis Group, for its part, is demanding Neymar and his parents five years in prison and a $159 million fine, in addition to disqualifying them as sports representatives. For Rosell and Bartomeu, the plaintiff also seeks five years in prison, six years’ disqualification as a manager and business administrator and a fine of $195 million for the alleged damages plus interest.
