That is why the Organizing Committee presented the latest updates in terms of transportation, medical coverage and the possibility to manage the Hayya Card to enter the country without having to have a ticket to a match once the group stage is over.
Fans without tickets can process their Hayya card and enter the Arab country starting December 2.
“We are happy to announce that non-ticketed fans can enter the State of Qatar after the closing of the group stage on December 2 to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the tournament. They can apply for their Hayya Cards to enter the State of Qatar through the Hayya platform or the Hayya to Qatar 2022 mobile app from today, in accordance with the listed requirements and the entry fee of QAR 500 for children over 12 years old. they will not be charged,” explained by Colonel Dr. Jabr Hammoud Jabr Al Nuaimi, official spokesman for the Ministry of the Interior and Security Operations Committee.
Khalid Al Mawlawi, Deputy General Director of Marketing, Communications and Events Experience at the Supreme Committee added that “Qatar will have a wide range of cultural and entertainment offerings during the World Cup, including more than 90 special event taking place on the sidelines of the tournament. In addition to the FIFA Fan Festival at Al Bidda Park, Doha’s Corniche will be one of the biggest destinations for fans, with traveling performances, cultural activities, food stalls and beverage and retail outlets along its 6 km route, with the capacity to welcome more than 70,000 fans every day”.
In terms of health, fans no longer need to present a negative Covid test upon arrival in Qatar or download the Ehteraz app.
