Razgatlioglu won Race 1 at Mandalika and Bautista’s title will have to wait

The reigning world champion asserted his start from pole position and dominated the race from start to finishreducing their classification disadvantage by five points.

The Turk is now 77 points behind the Spaniard, who will be proclaimed Superpole champion if he wins the race and Razgatlioglu does not finish in the top seven or simply if he adds 22 points between two trials even though his rival wins both.

Mathematically eliminated is Jonathan Reawhose third place finish in Race 1 left him 102 points behind Bautista, a distance that could never be overcome.
