This is how the Golden Boot is decided at the World Cup

Also FIFA will present the Golden Glove trophy that rewards the best goalkeeper in the final stage, selected by the FIFA Technical Study Group.

Twenty one years or younger will be awarded

Another of the awards will be given to the “Best Youth Player” which recognizes the best young player in the final stage and was born on or after January 1, 2001. It will also be selected by the Technical Study Group of FIFA.

The awards are complemented by the Fair Play Trophy for the most sports players and members of the coaching staff. The winners will receive a Fair Play Trophy from FIFA, the corresponding medals and diplomas, as well as a voucher for the amount of 50,000 dollars (501,222 euros) to be exchanged for sports equipment for the development of youth soccer.
