The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body of UEFA has just negotiated a very harsh punishment at the club feyenoord of the Netherlands for serious incidents by their fans in the last two Europa League matches.
The first concerns the October 27 clash against Sturm Graz and where he fined the club 50,000 euros and banned Feyenoord from selling tickets to its visiting supporters for the next two UEFA competition matches, for crowd disturbances, lighting flares, throwing of things and damage.
In this case, the ban on selling tickets to visiting fans for the second game of the two taxes was suspended for a trial period of two years. It also ordered Feyenoord to contact Sturm Graz within 30 days to repair damages caused by its supporters.
The second match was the clash at their Feyenoord stadium against Lazio held on November 3. In this case, Feyenoord was fined 26,000 euros on the one hand for blocking public roads. And on the other hand, another fine of 30,000 euros and ordering the partial closure of the Feyenoord stadium, specifically the north stand area, in the next UEFA competition match where Feyenoord will play as the host club, for lighting the fire and throwing things.
