Carlos Sainz released a message on his social networks to publicly say goodbye to Mattia Binotto. The Swiss-born engineer chose Carlos Sainz to join Ferrari in place of Sebastian Vettel. He believed in his talent and showed confidence in him during the difficult start of the 2022 season, where Carlos found himself in a car with new regulations that were too far from his natural driving style. After those difficult months, Carlos responded by ending the season on a high level, having fully adapted to the new car and having a good base from which to start to do everything in 2023. For all this, wish Carlos thanked Mattia in an emotional message on Twitter.
