Manchester City landed in Abu Dhabi on Monday where Erling Haaland met Pep Guardiola after a few weeks off following the Premier League break caused by the World Cup in Qatar.
The Norwegian striker, the leading scorer in the Premier League with 18 goals, took several days off for not participating in the World Cup after failing to qualify for the Norwegian team.

Haaland, along with the rest of his teammates who did not play in the World Cup tournament, traveled to Abu Dhabi on Monday, where Manchester City will hold a mini-preseason before returning to official competition, on December 22 in round of 16 of the Cup League against none other than Liverpool, his great rivals in previous seasons for supremacy in English football.
The Premier League starts on December 26, on what is known as ‘Boxing Day’.
The rest of the players who were dropped from the World Cup, in the case of Belgian Kevin De Bruyne, will join the concentration of the ‘Sky Blues’ in the coming days.
