The President of World Athletics Sebastian Coe has not ruled out running to become the first British president of the International Olympic Committee. This is indicated two years before the end of Thomas Bach’s term, as the IOC elections are expected in 2025.

He did so in an interview with ‘The Times’. The two-time Olympic champion has hinted that it is a role she would consider in the future. “I certainly don’t rule it out,” he admitted in the interview.
