Brighton’s blatant refusal to accept Arsenal’s 70 million euro offer for Moisés Caicedo has caused the Ecuadorian player to take to social media to demand his departure from the club and force his move to the Emirates Stadium.
“I am grateful to Mr. Bloom and Brighton for giving me the opportunity to go to the Premier League and I feel that I always do my best for them. I always play football with a smile and with heart. I am the youngest of 10 children of a difficult upbringing in Santo Domingo in Ecuador. My dream has always been to become the most decorated player in the history of Ecuador. I am proud to have generated a record transfer fee for Brighton which will allow them to once again invest it and help the club continue to succeed.” explained the 21-year-old midfielder, who finally asked the fans and the leaders to accept his wish.
“The fans have accepted me in their hearts and they will always be in my heart, so I hope they understand why I want to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity,” said Moisés Caicedo.
