As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Giuseppe Chiné, lawyer for the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), has suggested a sanction another 20 points at Juve, in this case for what he describes as ‘salary manoeuvres’.
The aforementioned lawyer understands that Juventus will have manipulating their accounts making sure his players have resigned four months from salary during the pandemic. However, the truth is that the resignation of professionals is limited to a monthly payment.
If this new penalty is confirmed, now Juve will fall to last place of classification. His current 23 points will remain at just 3 and he will be 15 from safetywith Spezia having 18 points.
According to this information, Juve is preparing the appeal against the reduction of 15 points in the classification, understanding that there shape defects in the process that could invalidate it.
