The end of André Onana’s career at Ajax will end in more pain than glory. After returning from his doping ban, the Cameroonian goalkeeper was angry with Erik Ten Hag.
According to De Telegraaf, the Dutch coach has exhausted his patience with the goalkeeper and has taken him on leave while waiting for the season to end.
Onana, who will be released on June 30 and will join Inter’s discipline from next season, has been spotted these days visiting a clinic in Yaoundé, one of the solidarity initiatives launched by the goalkeeper.
From the African Cup onwards, Onana was far from her level and even had a tantrum with ‘ajacied’ fans. “I’m not affected by their boos, I don’t care at all. They can sing, cry and do whatever they want. I’m not in my best shape right now, that’s the truth. I have been inactive for a long time (due to doping sanctions). If they get angry they have a problem, if they are sad they have a problem. That’s how I became what I am. This is my life, let me write my story, “the goalkeeper interrupted.
