baez removed the Serbian Laslo Djere (55) by 7-6 and 6-4 and will face Etcheverrywho did the same to also Serbian Dušan Lajovic (75) by 6-1 and 6-2.
The other semifinal will be played by the Spaniards Munarwho ousted the Brazilian Thiago Monteiro (84) 6-3, 3-6 and 6-2 and the Chilean Nicholas Jarrylocal idol, who this Friday again had ups and downs and problems to break the resistance of German Yannick Hanfmann (153) after losing the first set 6-3 and scored in the next two 6-3 and 6-4.
The final will be held on Sunday on the track installed in the Jesuit complex, built in the Andes foothills, at more than 1,100 meters of altitude.
