At Red Bull they keep making fun of Aston Martin

Date:

Throughout the first GP of the season in Bahrain, Red Bull transfers the fierce dominance seen in the three days of testing and intuited by the information from the simulator: the RB19 is another champion car. And as who does not like something from the range of Milton Keynes sifts through the opinion behind the surprising evolution his closest rival in Bahrain on Sunday, Aston Martin, is a replica of his former model RB18, also a single-seater champion. And the ‘green Red Bull’ added to the magical hands of Fernando Alonso has done and can continue to do the rest.

Checko Perez at the official press conference on Sunday he joked that it was “nice to see three Red Bull cars on the podium” and added that “we are all Red Bull drivers”.

He then added to the ‘mockery/complaint’ Marko Helmut, the advisor of Red Bull: “Aston Martin is the most similar to Red Bull. There are reasons why this is so. Not only did Dan Fallows move to Aston Martin, but other employees as well. Obviously they have a good memory,” he said. And then on ‘Servus TV’, the official television of the Red Bull energy drink firm asserted that: “today we have three Red Bulls on the podium, only the last one with a different engine (Honda vs Mercedes)”.

Now he is the boss of the Red Bull team, Christian Hornerwho joined the campaign: “It’s great to see that car look like ours. They say imitation is the greatest form of flattery and it’s good to see an old car doing so well.”

Some of the comments reflected that Aston Martin was not good at attracting Red Bull’s top talent, such as Dan Fallows. “What’s in Fallows’ head can’t be erased,” Marko insisted on Servus TV.
