Nothing can stop the anger of a sensible fellow

In Ukraine they continue to bleed to death and those of us who are not there hope that this sad episode will end soon. The episode, in our house, is still valid and I can’t imagine how well it is known as the Negreira Case. With respect to the meaning of the surname, one can only regret everything that has happened over the years and consequently what is happening at this time in relation to Barça. I can say that because of my long years in this business, I have known or been informed of specific situations that were later confirmed or not. Many games per week, many countries, many competitions, many categories. What I did not think was that my club would have a long relationship with a former referee and that this would be reflected in an agreement and contracts that made payments on the one hand and collections on the other. I am confident that with so much control by the various professionals working in our entity, someone can prevent such an irregular situation. I was even more surprised when it seemed to be a relationship related to four presidents and I couldn’t understand how none of them broke this false relationship.

Now there is nothing we can do. The impact on our club’s name is huge and the disbelief at most sporting and social levels that moves in these situations. If any Spanish club joins the Prosecutor’s Office, it is within their rights, but it will not stop the anger of the sensible culé partner in the face of an aberrant situation like this.
