“This project will allow the optimal development of the entire structure of women’s football in Bizkaia, providing clubs and entities with a specific method, technological applications for their sports management, particularly training for the entire technical and managerial staff structure, and a project for comprehensive personalized advice.
In this way, the supporters of the initiative called ‘Pasa Baloia, neska’ (pass the ball, girl) and jointly promoted by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, Athletic, the Vizcaya Football Federation and Gari, demonstrated yesterday in San Mamés. “This project fits perfectly with the strategic lines of the Club regarding the promotion of agreed women’s clubs in Bizkaia. The initiative, according to its proponents, aims at the entire social mass of the school and federated women’s football in Bizkaia. Players, coaching staff, managers of clubs and sports entities, family members and other agents of women’s football can access the tool that will favor the optimization of their sports work.

“Athletic, as the highest benchmark for women’s football in Bizkaia, will make its technical and organizational capital available to youth football clubs and entities in Bizkaia with the aim of providing added value to the practice of this modality in very first categories.”, they assured from the rojiblanca entity.
The project, as explained by Fullaondo, “will empower the coaching staff of each club or sports entity and help implement a sports training methodology, in values and coeducation. Also, the initiative will also provide sports clubs and entities of specific methodological tools for their entire structure and will offer comprehensive advice”.
The Provincial Council has signed a collaboration agreement with Athletic and will invest 240,000 euros to train the entities that make up the structure of women’s football in Bizkaia.
