Coruxo and Ourense ended their league match with a draw (1-1)

Coruxo and Ourense tied 1-1 in the match held this Sunday at Campo do Vao. Coruxo came into the match with a boosted spirit after winning the last two games of the competition. The most recent was against Burgos Promesas at home (1-2) and the other against Compostela at home (1-0). On the part of the visiting team, Ourense drew with one against Polvorín, adding a point to the last game played in the competition. After the score, the local team was in twelfth position, while Ourense was in thirteenth place at the end of the game.

The match started in an uneventful way for the visiting team, who opened the scoring thanks to a goal from eleven meters from Gabri Palmas in the 37th minute, thus ending the first half with a 0-1 scoreline.

In the second period came the goal for the local team, who equalized with a goal by Pitu Doncel in the 82nd minute, ending regulation time with a final score of 1-1.

The coach from Orense brought in Hugo Sanz, Guerrero and Christian to replace Dani Salas, Amin and Tiago Rodríguez, while Lisandro Focareta was replaced by Terranova on behalf of Coruxo.

With this tie, Coruxo is in twelfth place in the table with 36 points. For its part, Ourense at this point remained in thirteenth position with 33 points, instead of possible participation in the next stage of the competition, at the end of the rivalry.

The following day, Javier Maté’s team will face Langreo, while Rubén Domínguez’s Ourense will face Bergantiños.
