The Keys of Termas racing

Date:

1. The rain.

The wet asphalt that drivers encountered on Sunday changed the script from what was seen on Saturday. It particularly hit Aprilia riders Maverick Viñales and Aleix Espargaró, who ‘drowned’ in the race in Argentina.

2. The departure of Bezzecchi.

A very solid race for the Italian driver, who made the whole weekend and had a great start today, Sunday. After the start, he exited the first corner first and reached the finish line in the same position. He ran the entire race with a clear track. His first victory in MotoGP and leader of the provisional championship; almost nothing.

3. Zarco’s super comeback.

He was missing in the middle of the peloton, but when the others started to suffer from the rear tire he climbed 1 second faster than the others; amazing. He finished second and third in the championship.

4. Márquez’s pole position.

Amazing podium for Alex Márquez, who started to build on this result with pole position set on Saturday. In the short warm-up in the morning, a flat tire prevented him from riding on the wet asphalt, but in the race he was fast, confident and level-headed as Zarco overtook him on the last lap. His Ducati brought him back ‘life’.

5. Bagnaia’s mistake.

He was riding relatively calmly in second position and crashed due to a braking error. Big disappointment for the World Champion and his box.

6. The “out there” from Nakagami to Quartararo.

In the early stages of the race, the Japanese driver over-braked, took Quartararo off the track and ruined a race where he later showed he had the speed to get a good result. This is not the first time that Nakagami has been ‘overexcited’ at the start of a career.
