Luis Rubiales will be re-elected to the UEFA Executive Committee

There are ten candidates for this Executive Committee consisting of seven members and they are, in addition to the current RFEF president, Jesper Moller Christensen from Denmark, the French Philippe Diallo, the Albanian Armand Duka, the Czech Petr Fousek,

Lise Klaveness from norway; Georgian Levan Kobiashvili, Ukrainian Andri Pavelko, Scotsman Rod Petrie, Hugo Quaderer of Liechtenstein and Björn Vassallo from Malta. In addition to the RFEF president, the Albanian and the Ukrainian are also running for re-election to this position.

All candidates underwent an eligibility test conducted by an election committee consisting of members of UEFA’s Governance and Compliance Committee and all of them successfully passed this eligibility test.

Plus Welsh Laura McAllister is running for a female member position on the UEFA Executive Committee also for a four-year term.

Finally there is German Hans Joachim Watzke as a candidate for a two-year term as a member of the UEFA Executive Committee.

Also in this Council, other bodies with a wide representation of Spanish members are being updated.
