Miguel Oliveira was injured in the first race of the season when he was hit by Marc Márquez, causing him to miss the next race in Argentina and, now, was injured again when he was dragged in his fall at the “Ángel Nieto” circuit in Jerez by Frenchman Fabio Quartararoafter “handling” this one with the Italian Marco Bezzecchi.
Miguel Oliveira, who is hoping to make another appearance at the Italian Grand Prix at the Mugello circuit on June 11, will be replaced at Le Mans by Italy’s Aprilia test rider Lorenzo Savadori.
