The United States was shocked by the deaths of two 14-year-old boys. Both died after their car was hit by a suspected drunken driver traveling the wrong way on a Long Island highway.
One of the victims was Drew Hassenbein, one of the young promises of American tennis and that he had the honor of attending the draw before the grand final of the US Open 2021 pitted by Novak Djokovic against Daniil Medvedev.
Two other boys, ages 16 and 17, who were in the car suffered injuries and were admitted to hospital.
