These are the rules of an unusual method

He Competition Committee ordered this Wednesday the opening of an extraordinary procedure to solve the case of the invasion of the field by radicals from the Spanish at the end of the derby against Barça this Sunday at the RCDE Stadium.

Since the opening of the file is decided and in maximum period of one monththe instructor of the file must decide on the dismissal of the case or propose the statement of charges, which includes penalties that may be applicable; this period may be extended at the request of the instructor. If this extension is not requested, the instructor’s decision must be known mid June

The statement of charges was communicated to interestedthat has 10 business days to present charges. As these are ‘business’ days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays should not be counted in this calculation. This implies that 10 ‘business’ days are at least two calendar weeks. we are on end of June

In the next step in the process, the instructor raises the file with the competent body to resolve. Resolution to be issued within a maximum period of ten business dayswhich if the term expires will lead to us mid July

From there, the ‘clock’ will follow the following rhythm: there are interested parties 10 working days (two calendar weeks) to appeal before appeal and later, of 15 working days (three calendar weeks) to appeal to Administrative Court of Sport (TAD), which consumes the sports route.

Counting on the speedy resolutions of the Appeal and the TAD, this route may be exhausted in end of August. If it is requested, the Appeal or the TAD has not granted a prudential suspension of the penalty, it may be requested before the Administrative Litigation.
