Fortunately, McLaren was stranded there earlier and their front jack mechanic, Frazer, was kind enough to give me his room.”

“The next day, the hotel lobby became an emergency shelter for people forced to evacuate their homes overnight. After the F1 announcement, I saw only one potential option to get home, which was to drive to Florence. After an adventurous journey through the mountains, thanks to the help of local people and authorities from different towns, I finally made it home safely.”
