The Civil Guard has already arrested this Wednesday Lukas Kwasniok, Former soccer player and current Polish coach of Paderborn, in the German second division, for an alleged sexual assault on a 25-year-old girl at a hotel in the Majorcan tourist town of Cala Rajada.
According to local press reports, Kwasniok, 41, met the complainant, a German national, at Capdepera beach on Monday. Both agreed to meet at night in the German technician’s hotel room, where the sexual assault took place, according to the victim’s account, a version the accused denied when referring to the intimate encounter as “consensual”.
Members of the Local Police of Capdepera and the Civil Guard arrested the Polish technician, a German national, and brought him to the Manacor courts, where the judge, after hearing his account of the events, order to release him with the charges, as reported by Ultima Hora newspaper in its digital edition.
Kwasniok gave the Paderborn squad two free pounds earlier in the week and the coach took the opportunity to travel to Mallorca. The German team is fifth in the second division of the Bundesliga, there are no options to promote, and on Sunday on the last day they will receive Nuremberg.
