Juve reach plea agreement in ‘capital gains case’

The trial was set for June 15 but, as reported by Italian media on Monday, ‘Juve’ had reached a plea agreement with FIGC Federal National Court which will cause the trial to be held this Tuesday.

The goal of ‘Juve’ is nothing but to finish all the judicial process as soon as possible and receive a possible penalty -economic, sporting or of the same kind- this same season to begin one strictly focused on sport, with the hope of finishing in the top four to return to the Champions League.

The Turin team can still get into the Europa League positions on this final day of Serie A, but the agreement could leave him certain in the Conference League position, as long as UEFA does not sanction the club without European competitions for next season.

The punishment is the Juventus in the following days, according to the Italian media, it could be, in sporting terms, a maximum of two points in the standings, while in economic terms, a large fine is expected.
