Atlético Osasuna is one of the members of the first Executive Committee of the new Union of European Clubs (UEC), an association created in April to give voice to professional clubs of all types.
The organization on Thursday confirmed the constitution of its first Executive Committee on a temporary basis, due to the growing adhesion of members, to help the organization in its development phase until it holds its first general meeting before the end of this year .
Along with Osasuna, according to the organization, the Croatian club Lokomotiva Zagreb, the Latvian RFS, the Irish Bohemian, the Belgian Union Saint-Gilloise and the Israeli Maccabi Netanya will be part of this forum.
“The creation of this committee is an important and concrete step in the development and growth of the UEC. We have seen very strong interest from clubs that have joined the association since our launch in Brussels,” said Dennis Gudasic, Locomotive CEO. Zagreb in a statement.
