Argentine Leandro Paredes, world champion in Qatar 2022 with the Argentine teambid farewell to Juventus in Turin on Monday with a publication on social networks in which he made his departure from the Italian club and his return to PSG official.
“It’s been a very difficult year and it hurts not to achieve the goals we have, but I’m bringing a group of incredible players and people,” the midfielder wrote on his Instagram account.
Paredes, 28, also wanted to “thank the fans”, insisting that they had supported him “throughout the year”.
“But above all -he added- to each of my teammates, I will always be with them”, he concluded in an emotional message ending his short relationship with the black and white club, where he only played a season.
Problems with Allegri
In recent months, Paredes’ relationship with the club has not been good. In April, a discussion between the Argentine and his coach was made public, Massimiliano Allegri, that spoiled the short amount of time he played in the second half of the season.
After this year’s transfer of Paris Saint-Germain, the Turin club did not exercise their right buy the player’s file, worth 22.6 million euros.
