Last Wednesday Luis Rubiales announced important changes to the RFEF Disciplinary Code for the upcoming season. Among them, and as we expected yesterday in MD, it concerns the years of prescribing penalties with the extension of years with respect to the very serious, serious and light ones.
But in addition, the new Disciplinary Code indicates a hardening of disciplinary sanctions, with accompanying economic consequences.
In economics increases by 10,000 euros the maximum level of very serious penalties goes from the current 30,050 to 40,000 provided for in the new legal system. The lowest is from the current 3,005 to 10,000 euros when they have a very serious rating.
The serious ones are also increasing because they are from a minimum of 601.1 to 3,001 euros in their lowest level and the maximum increases from the current 3,005.06 to 10,000 euros. Finally, the lightweights where until now the maximum is 601.01 euros and from next season it will reach 3000 euros
And then there is the qualification of penalties. And here too there are important changes. About very serious are as follows.
1.- deduction of points in the classification from 7 points, until now only three points.
2.- losing the match for a result of 3 goals to 0 in the soccer modality and 6 goals to zero in other specialties.
3.- Loss or demotion or division. here there is no change
4.- Exclusion of competition. here there is no change
5.- Partial closure of the sports area for a period from 7 games to 1 season. So far the minimum is four games
6.- Celebration of meetings in the door is closed for a period of 1 game to 1 season.
7.- disabling for a period of 2 to 5 years.
8.- Suspension from 13 games to 1 season. Until now the maximum was 12 games
About the penalties seriously These are the most important changes:
1.- Suspension from 4 to 12 games. So far they are from 1 to 3 games. From now on it will start with a minimum of four games.
2.- Deduction from 1 to 6 points in the ranking.
3.- partial closure of the sports area for 4 to 6 games. Before it reached 3 games
4.- disabling for a period of 1 month to 2 years instead of the previous penalty of 6 months to 1 year.
And finally there is less intense:
1.- Warning.
2.- Suspension from 1 to 3 games.
3.- Partial closure of the sports area for 1 to 3 games.
4.- Disqualification for up to 1 month.
All these changes will be approved by the Delegate Commission next Monday June 26, a day later, was endorsed in the General Assembly and also needs to be endorsed by the Board of Directors of the Higher Sports Council.
