Marc Márquezfollowing his decision not to run the Dutch GP in Assenspoke this Sunday morning for the microphones of Dazn and said “I had a bad night, I was not only sad, I woke up in pain and went to the Medical Center and in the examination they found that the rib fracture is gone and it’s better not to take risks and not run”.
The man from Cervera added that “now it’s time to rest, rest and recover, the month and a half rest from the World Cup will do me good, especially on a mental level”.
The low moment in the sport he is going through assures Marc that it makes up for it on a personal level: “I am in one of my best moments, supported by my family, my partner, my brother, my manager, the team , all this pays the balance and it gives me the strength to keep pushing”.
He did not want to talk about his future at Honda and concluded with “this summer I will reflect, rest and clear my mind”.
