“In this sense, the Commission sees in the coordinated action of the players of Atlético Osasuna an implicit support from the club to a group whose members violate the Law,” it added.

In addition, it proposes four fines of 4,000 euros to the Pamplona club “for allowing the occupation of the evacuation routes of the fans in the South Stand of the stadium, violating the conditions for the stay of the spectators in matches Osasuna-Betis on April 22 , Osasuna-Real Sociedad on April 28, Osasuna-Athletic Club on May 25 and Osasuna-Girona on June 4”.

FINED €40,000 IN SEVILLA

Also, Antoviolencia proposes a fine of 40,000 euros to Sevilla for allowing, during the celebration of the 2023 Europa League champion title on June 1, “the exhibition inside the stadium, over one of the vomitorios of the north goal stand , of the flag of a group whose members have been punished for many violations of Law 19/2007 and, therefore, the club cannot provide any kind of support”.

FOUR fines of 4,000 EUROS TO RAYO VALLECANO

Said violations, referred to as Antiviolencia, were repeated in matches against Osasuna on April 14, Barcelona on April 26, Valladolid on May 4 and Espanyol on May 21.
