Nothing happened but it could have ended in tragedy. In the course of second stage of the Tour de Francewhich is more than 200 kilometers, the longest in this edition of ‘Big Boucle’a dog jumped into the road as the squad passed and would have caused tragedy.

});
Fortunately, the incident remained an anecdote and the dog was not hit by the cars chasing the cyclists nor did it fall to the ground as a result of the dog’s attack on the road.
Behind, the two great teams of the Tour de France, UAE Team Emirates and Jumbo-Vismathey controlled the march of the platoon and at all times they controlled the distance the fugitives were taking to them.
