The most important thing is to win and I had a chance to score a goal. I didn’t handle it very well but it went in, I was lucky,” the English international told Real Madrid TV microphones.
“In the first half we played well and dominated and in the second we had to fight. We could have scored more goals but they defended well. The important thing is to add,” Bellingham said.
The former Dortmund player could not hide his happiness after his excellent debut in one of the fields with the most tradition in the whole of LaLiga and also showed that Ancelotti’s promise to give him stripes is on the right track.
