At the origin of the controversy is what happened on Friday night at the stadium of Beaujoirewhere is he Nantes received a Olympic Marseille (OM) (the final result was 1-1) and the story given by the mother of the family, Alice Mahéfirst in their social networks and later in various media.

On his X account (formerly Twitter), Honey He explained that they were with his son, who was going to a football stadium for the first time. “Everything didn’t work out right. Our mistake: being fans of OM and let him wear a shirt for the game”.

“We were attacked at the game: spitting, insults, beers thrown in the face… Wanting to defend his family, my husband had a heart attack in the stands. And again, some idiots from the Loire stand was disrespectful. took a ‘selfie’ in front of the ambulance and many more insults”.

The 39-year-old father was taken to hospital and remains in intensive care today.

The club, which shows the “greatest solidarity” with that family, indicates that the images from the stadium’s cameras are being analyzed and that on Monday they will formalize a complaint for the events.

At the beginning of June, the debate on violence in French football was also at the forefront of the violent attack on an 8-year-old boy, suffering from brain cancer, in the field of Ajaccio, in Corsicabecause he was wearing a Marseille shirt that some fans took from him.
