We will have to wait until tomorrow to find out if an agreement between the women’s league and the unions is any closer. The twelve-hour meeting this Tuesday closed without an agreement. Unions and the women’s league consult with clubs and players. Since 10:30 this morning they have been meeting at el SIMA, as happened last week, the women’s professional league and on the other hand the unions (AFE, FUTPRO, Futbolistas ON, UGT and CCOO). A meeting to try to reach an agreement averting a second day of the strike which the players called for renewed support this weekend. Something that won’t be known until tomorrow.
For now, the position of possible agreement is based on the following situation: 21,000 minimum salary this 2023-2024 season, 22,000 next season and 23,000 for the 2025-2026 season.
We will have to wait until tomorrow to find out if the second day of the strike will be over this coming weekend.
