Prado clinched the title this Sunday, but expected it to come in the second race. Surprisingly, he achieved it in the first race on Sunday. This comes due to the unexpected withdrawal of his main rival for the title, Romain Febvre. Prado comfortably led the first race with an iron fist, when Febvre, who was third, suddenly fell.
