The US dominates Europe 6-4 in the ‘top 10’ of the world rankings at the Ryder gate

The world golf classification has maintained the ‘status quo’ in recent weeks at the gates of the Ryder Cup which will be held this weekend at the Marco Simone club in Rome, so The American team has six of its players in the ‘top 10’ and the European team has four.

Scottie Scheffler is again number one in the world with an average of 11.29 ahead of Rory McIlroy (10.55), Jon Rahm (9.61) and Victor Hovland (7.66).

Americans are at the bottom Patrick Cantlay (7.13), Xander Schauffele (6.63) and Max Homa (5.23) and Englishman Matt Fitzpatrick (4.98) was eighth ahead of Americans Brian Harman (4.94) and Wyndham Clark (4.77).
