The national boxing activity owes much to this region and continues to be an emblematic setting to stage one of our star competitions. It will be a historic championship both for participation and for the growth of boxing in younger categories and proves that the work done in national technical training and state competitions at school age brings great results. The regional institutions – as always – have given us commendable support, which we do not plan to disappoint in this wonderful championship.”
