Sestao River reached the playoff final after playing extra time against Lleida Esportiu (0-0)

Sestao River will battle the Primera RFEF promotion in the next game after defeating Lleida Esportiu in the semifinals of the playoffs for the Primera RFEF promotion on Saturday. Both teams came from having some of the most lucrative positions in the regular stage, so this is their great chance to achieve the long-awaited promotion to First RFEF. In total, Sestao River is advancing to the next round of the playoffs for promotion to the Primera RFEF along with the other teams that have advanced to the semifinals.

In the first half no team won in front of goal, so the first 45 minutes ended with the same result being 0-0.

In the second half, both Sestao River and Lleida were able to win, but in the end, the points were shared by both teams (0-0).

Despite the match ending 0-0, extra time was needed because both teams were equal in goals. In the first period of extra time, no team was able to undo the tie tables, ending with the same score of 0-0 where this period began.

Finally, in the second half of extra time, neither team scored, ending the game with the final result 0-0.

Both coaches made moves on the banks. The referee dealt five players with yellow cards. He showed three yellow cards to Huete, Mateo and Blanco, from Sestao River and two to Nani and Arnau Gaixas from Lleida.

The next day we will know if Sestao River was finally promoted to First RFEF after achieving a spot in the final. Lleida Esportiu, for its part, is ending its run in the playoffs and will have to settle for the Second RFEF.
