Catalan driver Pau Navarro Ferrer (Llagostera, 2004) will make his debut at the age of 19 in the top car category of the 2024 Dakar Rally in the ranks of the official X-Raid team at the wheel of a Mini of the T1 Plus class after signing the agreement with the German group. X-Raid chose to incorporate Pau into its structure after following its evolution since it made the leap to cars after its time in light vehicles.
Pau Navarro debuted in the 2021 Dakar Rally at the age of 16 as a truck co-driver, becoming the youngest participant in historyand in 2022 he repeated before jumping behind the wheel in 2023, aged just 18. He debuted as a side-by-side driver in the T4 class at Dakar 2023 and since then He was proclaimed European champion and won world championship races.
His last performance in the Morocco Rally, where Pau was declared the winner of the T1.1 category (small wheeled vehicles), was decisive why X-Raid decided to sign him for its structure.
