There are photos of the man entering a bank and photos on the street with his torso bare, which were also published on Thursday.
“The Josefstadt Criminal Investigation Department is now conducting the investigation in close coordination with the Vienna State Office for the Protection of the Constitution and the Combating of Terrorism (LVT),” a spokesperson said.
