The CD Tenerife footballer Sergio Gonzalez declared this Wednesday that they are “united” and conscious of “reversing” the situation that the island team is experiencing in LaLiga Hypermotion, with four consecutive defeats and two points added from the last eighteen possible.
The versatile blue and white player will face his hometown representative next Sunday at the Heliodoro Rodríguez López stadium, the FC Cartagenaa match that will “always be special” for him, and he is “certain” that they will end the bad streak against the current bottom team.
“We have full confidence in all the players we have and we expect Sunday to turn this situation around, they are complicated momentbut we will definitely move forward,” he assured the club’s official media.
Sergio González also appreciates that the blue and white fans “continue to support in the same way at this time when things are not good”, and is convinced that there will be an “incredible atmosphere” next Sunday in Tenerife venue, in a match “that will not be easy” and they are preparing “as if it were a final” with the aim of “change the dynamics and start climbing the ranks.”
