Alex Palou will change colors in 2024

The IndyCar champion team Chip Ganassi’s career announced Tuesday that DHL Express will be the new title sponsor of the two-time IndyCar champion, Alex Palou, in a multi-year partnership ending DHL’s long association with Andretti Global. Previously, Palou’s car was painted blue and white, the colors of the American Legion.

DHL, a global transportation and logistics giant, has been Andretti’s main sponsor for 13 years and was in Ryan Hunter-Reay’s car when it won the Indianapolis 500 in 2014 and the IndyCar championship in 2012. Later the DHL in both final seasons as main sponsor of Romain Grosjean, who left Andretti at the end of the season.

The company will now use the No. 10 Honda by Ganassi for Palou, who has won the championship in two of the last three seasons driving for the organization.

Palou reacted to his new yellow and red DHL colors explaining that “they remind me of the colors of my native Spain.”
