A fantastic Hee-Chan has been the unexpected hero of this season in Wolverhampton and confirmed it again in the win against Brentford (1-4), where he scored a double in the first half.
The truth is that the rivalry was back and forth, but it was decided by the greatest blow of the Wolves. Furthermore, in one minute the team scored two goals. Lemina started, putting his team in front (13′) and with a central kick Collins played a disastrous pass for Flekken, who Hee-Chan hoped to double the lead (14′).
With an incredible Thomas Frank on the wing, Brentford woke up and Wissa, after receiving a good pass from Maupay, was able to close the gap (16′). Janelt had the tie in his hand, or rather his head, but, nevertheless, Hee-Chan rubbed the lamp, threw in a half-hat and extended the lead for the Wolves, which was now almost certain. It was a great game, but it couldn’t have ended in the best way because he received a heavy blow in the back and had to be replaced at half-time.
The second half was slower and Brentford had more control, but were ineffective in the final metres. Something left for Gary O’Neil’s team, who also ended their victory with Bellegarde’s fourth (79′).
