The Liverpool on Monday enabled an online form for its fans to report the “problems” they experienced in Paris during the final of Champions League that the English team lost real Madrid last Saturday.
In a statement, the club asked its supporters to detail their experiences to “support the investigation into the event’s operational management”.
Liverpool requested a “transparent” investigation into the treatment received by English fans around and within the French State, where the final was played, both “before and after the initial whistle.”
Supporters who purchase tickets to attend the match in the French capital will receive a link to the British team form via email.
“The Liverpool FC I want to thank all the fans for taking the time to fill out the form and share their experiences with us, ”the club said.
A spokesman for the Prime Minister United Kingdom, Boris Johnsonproved today that his Government was “extremely disappointed in how English fans were treated” and demanded a “full investigation” into what happened.
The English criticized the poor French organization, with many fans saying they waited several hours to enter the stadium, while various French ministers accused British fans of causing chaos by attempting enter with fake tickets.
