This Tuesday, the Spanish women’s team found out its rivals in the qualifying phase (July 3 to 16, 2024) for the Euro 2025What to celebrate in Switzerland between July 2 and 27 of that year, after the draw held at the headquarters of UEFA in Ladies.
The world champions and the League of Nationswhich is part of League A, will meet Denmarkfrom drum 2, Belgiumof 3, and Czechia, from 4. A kind draw given what could have been his. The ‘group of death’ would be A3, with France, England and Swedenin addition to Ireland.
These League A groups are as follows:
Group A1: Netherlands, Italy, Norway, Finland.
Group A2: Spain, Denmark, Belgium, Czechia.
Group A3: France, England, Sweden, Ireland
Group A4: Germany, Austria, Iceland, Poland.
The first two in the group of League A will achieve direct qualification for the final stage of the competition, where Switzerland is classified as a host. The third and fourth teams will play a plaoyff with teams from leagues B and C.
So, the other seven teams will come from that play-off between third and fourth place in League A and the League B and Cwhich will be decided in the qualifying rounds between October and December.
Euro 2025 will be held in eight cities in Switzerland: Basel, Bern, Geneva, Zurich, St. Gallen, Lucerne, Sion and Thun.
The draw for the competition will be held on December 16.

Days 1 and 2: April 3-9
Days 3 and 4: May 29/June 4
Day 5 and 6: 10-16/July.

Germany leads this competition’s record with 8 titles (2013, 2009, 2005, 2001, 1997, 1995 and 1991), followed by Norway with two (1993 and 1987) and Sweden (1984), Netherlands (2017) and England (2022) with one.
