The 34-time world trial champion, Tony Bougave a new Masterclass tonight at Le Colisée de Chalon-Sur-Saone (France), the second round of the Indoor World Championship which he led ahead of his Repsol Trial Team teammates, Gabriel Marcelli, and Jaime Busto.
In the final he added 7 points, without a single fiasco and some legs or crankcase support, with 17 points from Marcelli and 22 from Jaime Busto who exchanged positions with the finalists.
Piera now leads the World Cup with 44 points compared to 27 for Marcelli and Busto.
In the first round, Bou added 1 penalty point for 4 for Marcelli and 5 for Busto and the second again with 1 point, for 2 for Busto and 7 for Marcelli.
Other positions were occupied by Toby Martin, fourth with 14 points, fifth local Bincaz with 15, sixth Adam Raga with 18, seventh Grattarola with 20 and eighth Dufrese with 38.
The third World Cup event is on March 22 at the Palais Nikaia in Nice.
