The three-time Grand Slam champion, Andy Murray has returned to training after confirming he will not undergo surgery on his injured ankle.
Murray, 36, torn ligaments in left ankle in a match at the Miami Open last month.
Murray’s team said that this week “he wore out his walking boot”that he will not undergo surgery and that ““I hope to start playing on a tennis court again soon.”.
Nothing more said and done. Just now, the former world number 1 hit a forehand shot on an indoor court, but no timetable for his return has been announced.
The two-time Wimbledon champion, who said he is unlikely to play after this summer, hopes to compete again for Great Britain at the Paris Olympics.
