“Kroos has been the beacon of Real Madrid”

Date:

Luis Milla, former midfielder real Madrid and of Barcelona, declared that the German Toni Krooswho announced his retirement this Tuesday after the Euro Cup, has become the “lighthouse” of the white team and to replace him we have to find League competitive because in “academy there is no substitute.”

Kroos, who arrived at Real Madrid in July 2014, ended his time as a professional footballer with the white team ten years later. “Kroos made a decision thinking about what is best for him and Real Madrid has to think about which player can have the level to replace him. He has been the beacon of Real Madrid because he has given it balance with and the ball isn’t there,” he said. Mileswho participated in a charity paddle tennis tournament run by the Clínica Menorca Foundation.

“We thought he could extend his career in a League with more money and with this decision he made the young people understand that money is one thing and football is another. He wants to leave it at the top without going in a minor league,” Milla said Carlo Ancelotti, “An important person will have a lot to say in return.”

“You need a similar player and it’s not easy. You have to go to the market because you don’t have one in the academy and you have to look at a competitive league,” he said.

The one who could play for Real Madrid next season is the Frenchman Kylian Mbappéwho a few weeks ago announced his departure from Paris Saint-Germain. “Mbappé has to adapt to Real Madrid. This is always the icing on the cake where he has been and here are players of the same level and he has to adapt without thinking about his ego,” he concluded.
