the australian pilot Jack Miller will once again be the rider of the Red Bull KTM Team over the next two years as they confirmed from the “orange team”.
Miller, currently the official Ducati rider along with 27-year-old Italian Francesco “Pecco” Bagnaia, is back with the Austrian manufacturer, where he became runner-up in the Moto3 world in 2014.
Winner of nine grand prix and author of thirty podiums, the Australian driver will develop as a teammate of South African Brad Binder in place of Portuguese Miguel Oliveira.
In 2014 and as a Moto3 KTM rider, he won six victories and came close to the Moto3 title, in 2015 he made the direct jump to MotoGP, for which he earned a reputation.
The Principal of the Red Bull KTM Team, Francesco Guidotti of Italy, acknowledged that “having Jack with Brad on our team means we have another strong asset that I know very well, how he wants to work and what he can bring in the box and his character and manner of The Ride will help us greatly in the development of the RC 16 project ”.
German Pit Beirer, director of KTM Motorsports, indicated, in the press release announcing the deal with Jack Miller, that “it is a great pleasure to bring a rider of his skills to our MotoGP structure since he left gave us a positive impression and we talked.
