Anti-violence fines Osasuna 60,000 euros

The Permanent Commission of the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sports reported this Tuesday that it has agreed to propose a fine of 60,000 euros to Osasuna for allowing a tribute from the ultra group ‘Indar Gorri’ to the technical team at El Sadar stadium.

The commission urges all clubs to comply with Law 19/2007 against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport, which “enforces the provision of material means that support the actions of people or radical and violent groups (ultra) that promotes violence, or incites, encourages or aids violent or terrorist behavior.”

Furthermore, Antiviolence also agreed to two other proposals for a penalty of 10,000 euros each to Osasuna: “the first, for allowing two matches to be held in The Conscious at this time -against real Madrid and the Cádiz– many fans will occupy the evacuation routes at the South End of the sports venue without putting measures in place to prevent this, posing a significant risk for other fans in the event of an evacuation of the stadium.”

And the second, “for allowing certain identified fans to climb the fence in this area of ​​the stadium without the club’s private security personnel doing nothing to prevent them. dangerous behavior for its performers and for other spectators”.
