Toni Bou (Montesa Cota 4RT) arrived in the town of Valsassina in Italyscene of the third round of TrialGP, as a firm leader of the competition after his four consecutive victories in the outdoor discipline.
With just a few days off, a new round of the TrialGP World Championship returns, where Bou arrives with maximum motivation and in a town that will host a world championship event for the specialty for the first time.
With 80 points, Toni Bou added the highest possible points in the tests held to dateas he has not left the first step of the podium since the start of the 2024 season, both in X-Trial and TrialGP, and has had four consecutive wins in the outdoor discipline.
“The races in Italy are usually amazing, with lots of people, although in Valsassina we have never raced.but in the nearby city, so the terrain will be similar, in artificial and river areas,” explained the World Cup leader in his team’s press release.
“I think it could be a good race despite the little information we have, but we will try to continue with the same dynamicAlthough very complicated, the main goal is to fight for the championship, fight for the podium and victory, although due to the short distance between one race to another, we will only have one day for training, but the important thing is to stay in shape and maintain a good feeling on the bike,” added Toni Bou.
